We do exist

Well, since this IS the "Fox Family" blog, (and no longer just the Gage Page) I thought I'd throw a couple recent pics up of both Tim and I, though not together. Over Gage's birthday weekend we WILL get a picture of the 3 of us together, as its been several months now, but for now, this is all I've got.

The one of Tim and Gage was taken on Father's Day (Gage's t-shirt says, "I love my Dad"--don't they look like twins?!?) and the one of Gage and I was taken at the zoo last week. Hopefully more pics to come.....

Something my own mother never let me do...

"Don't drink out of the milk jug" and "You can't squirt that cool whip in your mouth" are two phrases from my own childhood that I think I can still hear....

Well, Gage Thomas---drinking out of the milk jug is GROSS (and will NEVER be allowed) but squirting the whipped cream into your mouth right out of the container?!??! YUM!

I put together a collage frame for Tim this year of 3 of his 4 favorites (the 4th being me, of course): Gage, Jazz, and hunting.

We had a great Father's Day. Tim's family came over for a BBQ and to see our new house. It was a really nice day. Gage gave Tim the picture frame, and he got a new wallet and a couple of new shirts for work from Jazz, Teague, and I. :)

11 Months

Summer Fun

We've been spending lots of time out in the yard so far this summer, and Gage gets to explore different parts of the house (and furniture, such as the hutch!) that he didn't really get to "get into" in the last house. We've been having a lot of fun, and we plan on going to our first park playdate with the New Richmond Mom's group next Tuesday...
so we will get to meet more new friends!

Other than that, we have been heading back to the Farmington area on Thursdays to spend time with our good friends there, and my good friend Yvonne (and Gage's best buddy Gabrielle) have already been out for a visit and plan to come back next week!

Tim and I are painting two rooms from tonight through the weekend, or until we are able to get them finished. The office (one of the downstairs bedrooms) is currently Pepto Bismol pink (and I am NOT exaggerating!) and our master bathroom is lavender. We are changing that this weekend! I will post before and after pictures when we are finished.

Feels so good to be HOME!

Well, we are back....online that is! It's been a long week for me, feeling a little left out of cyberworld, as it's currently my only connection to the outside world! (Well, other than the telephone...)

The closing and move went well! Very, very smooth. We are in our new house and very ready for visitors, so give us a call and come on by! The house is beautiful, we are out in the country which is exactly what the both of us wanted. Gage, Jazz and Teague have all adjusted quite well to the new space and Tim and I are in heaven!

I will post pics later on today when Gage goes down for the night and I have a little more time.
